Questions gym owners ask first.
Do I need a doctor or nurse on staff?
No. Independent licensed providers in the Sylaris OS network evaluate every patient, order labs when indicated and make every prescribing decision. Licensed pharmacies dispense. Your gym builds and markets the brand; it doesn't practice medicine or need a medical license.
Can my trainers and coaches sell it?
Your team can share the program, hand out the QR code and explain what your gym offers. They shouldn't give medical advice, diagnose, or promise results; the clinical conversation happens between the patient and a licensed provider. If you plan to pay staff per signup, check with your own counsel on how your state treats referral compensation in healthcare.
Does insurance cover these programs?
Programs typically run as self-pay subscriptions through your own checkout, the way most direct-to-consumer telehealth works. You set the retail price, and patients see it before they start.
Who prescribes, and who carries the clinical liability?
Prescribing decisions belong to the independent licensed providers who review each patient, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Your gym's role is the brand, the marketing and the member relationship. As with any new business line, review your own business insurance and agreements with your advisors.
Can I sell my own supplements too?
Yes. Sylaris OS includes white-labeled OTC supplement fulfillment, so you can add a supplement line under your gym's brand to the same site and checkout, and orders ship to members for you.
Can people who aren't members sign up?
