Partner questions.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. Sylaris bills your agency a wholesale rate per launched site, and you decide what to charge your clients for the build, the monthly service and anything else you offer. Patient-facing treatment prices are set for each brand, with your client, in Sylaris OS.

Who supports my clients' patients?

Clinical questions go to the licensed care team through the patient portal, and orders, shipping and refills run on Sylaris OS. Your agency supports your client on the website and marketing side. The exact split of non-clinical patient support between your agency and Sylaris is set in the partner agreement [TO CONFIRM].

Can I hide Sylaris branding?

The workspace and editor carry your agency's logo and domain, and each client's site, checkout and patient portal carry the client's brand. Required legal and clinical disclosures, such as the independent provider and pharmacy notices, stay on every site. Whether the "Powered by Sylaris OS" mark can be removed is [TO CONFIRM].

Do my clients need Sylaris OS accounts?

Each launched brand runs on its own Sylaris OS setup so its patients, orders and reporting stay separate. Whether your agency or your client holds that account, and who receives payouts, is decided during onboarding [TO CONFIRM].

How is LegitScript handled?

Brands that need LegitScript certification get expedited support from Sylaris, including help preparing the application and site review. LegitScript makes its own decisions on approval and timing, so no one can guarantee either.

Do I need any medical background?

No. Your agency builds and markets the brand. Independent licensed providers handle evaluation and prescribing, and licensed pharmacies dispense medication.
