Does my medical director need a license in every state?
No. Online consults are reviewed by independent licensed providers in the Sylaris OS network, who are licensed in the states where patients are located. Your medical director continues to oversee your in-clinic services under your own state's rules.
Who prescribes, and who decides if a client is a good fit?
Independent licensed providers review each consult and make their own clinical decisions, including whether treatment is appropriate at all. If something is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy dispenses it and ships it to the client. Treatment is never guaranteed.
Can I sell my own skincare line or supplements?
Yes. You can sell over-the-counter supplements under your own label alongside prescription programs, with fulfillment handled through Sylaris OS. If you already carry a private-label skincare line, book a demo and we'll walk through how to add it to your catalog.
Can I offer in-person and online care together?
Yes, and that's the point. Keep your booking link for in-clinic treatments on the same site as your online programs, so a nearby online client can easily become an in-clinic client, and an in-clinic client can keep their care going from home.
Can online programs be part of my membership?
You set your own prices and plans, and subscriptions are built in. You can design a membership that pairs in-clinic perks with an at-home program. How you bundle and price it is up to you.
Which states can I serve?
The Sylaris OS provider network covers all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Whether a specific treatment is available to a specific client depends on state rules, provider coverage, pharmacy and clinical protocol.
Will clients know Sylaris is involved?
Your brand leads everywhere a client looks: the website, consult, checkout, portal and delivery updates. Required disclosures about the independent providers and pharmacies remain in place, so the experience is both branded and transparent.
Can I advertise these programs?
Ad platforms often require LegitScript certification before you can promote prescription treatments. Sylaris OS includes expedited LegitScript support, and the template's safety sections stay locked so your claims start compliant.
