Per-patient costs
You set the retail price. You keep the margin.
Your plan covers the platform. When a patient buys, the network costs for that order come out of the sale, and the rest is yours, every time the subscription renews.
Medication
Dispensed by a licensed pharmacy at network pricing, if a provider prescribes it.
Provider consult
Async or video review by an independent licensed provider in the patient's state.
Shipping + supplies
Delivered to the patient's door, with tracking in your branded portal.

Pricing questions.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Building is free with no card required. You only add payment when you choose a launch plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start on Launch and move to Scale when you add programs like testosterone or lab-based care.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site goes offline to patients at the end of the billing period. Your design stays in your workspace, so you can relaunch later.
Who pays for medication and provider visits?
The patient pays your retail price. Network costs for medication, the provider consult and shipping are deducted per order, and you keep the difference.
Are there setup fees?
Some launches need extra setup, such as custom pharmacy connections or controlled programs. If your plan does, you'll see it before you pay.
Is LegitScript approval included?
Expedited LegitScript support is available as an add-on. LegitScript decides approval and timing, so no one can guarantee them.
